1. What is Spyzie?
Spyzie is the most trustworthy monitoring solution for iOS and Android devices.
2. How does Spyzie work?
Spyzie is account-based monitoring solution. You don't need to download any apps on your own phone or install any software on your computer. When you would like to monitor an iOS device, you need to know the target device owner's iCloud ID. To monitor an android device, you need to install a plugin on the target device. 3. What devices are supported by Spyzie?
Spyzie is compatible with most iOS and Android devices, without any need to root or jailbreak. Please visit the Compatibility Page to learn more.
4. Do I need to register an account before using Spyzie?
Yes. You must have a Spyzie account before using the service.
5. What does your Spyzie Apps do?
They can be used to view the data on monitored devices.
6. Can I install or uninstall the application remotely?
Sorry, you can’t. The app must be manually installed and uninstalled on the target device, so please make sure you have physical access to the device.
7. Will there be a Spyzie icon on the target device?
No. On Android devices, there will be a temporary icon during installation which will be automatically deleted after the set up process is complete.
8. Where can I view data from the monitored device?
From the dashboard panel of your personal account either on a web browser or in the app. To see how data is displayed on the Spyzie Dashboard, view this demo.
9. How often is the monitored data updated on Spyzie dashboard?
The Spyzie monitoring app installed on the target device automatically collects data every four hours. Also, every time when you are signing into the Spyzie account, an active new syncing request will be triggered to ensure that you can view the latest data. You can also manually update the data displayed on the Control Panel by clicking the sync icon.
It usually takes some time to complete a sync process depending on the size of the data being collected and the internet connection speed on the target device. It will also consume a considerable amount of battery power, especially when the monitored data is collected via 3G or 4G network that is not always stable and strong.
10. What is the meaning of the “Updated” time listed on the top left of the Dashboard panel?
It shows the latest time when the monitored data is being manually updated.
11. What happens if I cancel subscriptions, or disconnect the target device from my Spyzie account?
All target device’s information will be deleted from our server, and the Spyzie monitoring app will stop collecting data from the target device. You can also uninstall the app manually from the target device.
12. How can I uninstall Spyzie?
If you are an android user and suspect that Spyzie is illegally installed on your device, you can uninstall it following the instructions listed below:
Go to Phone Settings > Security > Device Administrators > system update service > Deactivate > Get back to Settings > Apps > system update service > Uninstall
13. How many devices can I monitor at the same time?
Currently Spyzie monitoring service is authorized on account basis. You may monitor one device with one account. So if you would like to monitor dozens or hundreds of devices at the same time, please send us inquiries to customize a monitoring solution.
14. If the device I would like to monitor is an iPhone or iPad, do I need to jailbreak it first?
No, you don't need to jailbreak the target iOS device.
15.If the device I would like to monitor is an android phone, do I need to root it first?
No, you don't need to root the target device.
